The 5th and the last batch. Our Single malt whiskey finish-aged in a barrel that previously contained maple syrup from Tonoloway Farm in Highland county, VA. Bottled when it has reached the perfect balance of “just sweet enough”. With their closing we will be discontinuing maple finished malt for the foreseeable future.
 
Cask strength at 53 % alcohol by volume, non filtered. Made with 100% Virginia grown malt crafted in Charlottesville by Murphy & Rude Malting.
