About Us
Welcome to the oldest legal distillery in the city of Charlottesville, Virginia. We are Sarah and Ivar.
We make Single Malt Whiskey, Old Tom Gin, Brandy and a host of other curious spirits in our 300 liter Portuguese pot still. Everything is distilled on site by Ivar Aass. We do not source outside spirits. All our products are made with care, integrity, and are creatively crafted.
