Our Virginia Dram is a collaboration between us and Troddenvale Farm at Oakley, one of the most impressive cideries in Virginia--if not the United States.
Distilled with a low-intervention cider showcasing the complexity of the fruit and its origins. 
We distill this with the goal of making a snapshot of the cider and its terroir, and the vintage it was born.
The 2022 vintage cider was aged for 3 years in a re-used quarter cask. This is fantastic apple brandy! 
Bottled at 42% in 375mL bottles and 100mL samplers
