Our American Whiskey aka "bierschnapps" aka eau de vie de bière is a whiskey distilled from barleywine. Aged in a 5 gallon barrel, only 3.5 gallons were left after aging for over three years. Malty, succulent, with a honeyed and herbacious nose reminding you of its brewed origins.
