Our solera-aged single malt whiskey has produced 15 batches. Distilled from Virginia-grown barley malt malted in Charlottesville and distilled entirely in our 300L copper pot still. Batch 15 has 8 year old whiskey, distilled June 30th, 2015 as its oldest component. Complex, with a lingering finish. This is an exemplary representation of the perfect marriage of American single malt whiskey and traditional Scottish whiskey styles.
